Conwell Inn accepts Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and Diner’s
Club, traveler’s checks and cash
as forms of payment. |
| The
Conwell Inn will only accept
personal checks as a form of
payment if they are mailed to
the hotel at least 7 business
days prior to arrival. Payment
by check must be for the full
amount of stay including all
applicable taxes. Arrangements
for this form of payment must be
made at the time of reservation

Large organizations and
businesses can contact the front
desk supervisor or the General
Manager for information on
setting up a direct bill
account. |
| All
room rates are for one or two
persons per room. Additional
guests in any room will be
billed at an additional $10 per
person per night. Children under
the age of 16 stay for free.

Guaranteed reservations may be
cancelled without financial
penalty up to 24 hours prior to
the start of arrival (3 pm). Any
reservation that is cancelled
within 24 hours of arrival will
be charged the equivalent of one
night room and tax. |
| The
departure date is confirmed with
each guest at the time of check
in. Once a guest has checked in
and the departure date has been
confirmed the guest is
responsible for the cost of the
room for all nights of their
guaranteed stay even if the
guest chooses to check out prior
to the scheduled departure date.

Check out time is 12 noon each
day. A check out reminder is
placed under the door of each
room scheduled to depart by 6 am
on the day of departure. It is
sometimes possible for us to
extend the departure time to as
late as 2:00 pm; however such
arrangements must be made with
the Front Desk no later than 10
am on the day of departure.
Guests who check out later than
3 pm are subject to a $50 late
departure fee if the room can
still be serviced. If no
housekeepers are available to
service the room, the guest will
be responsible for an additional
night of room and tax. |
| The
Conwell Inn welcomes small to
medium well behaved dogs and
cats. All pets must be removed
from the room or crated when
guests are not in the room. If
the pet is left loose in the
room, service of the room is at
the discretion of the
housekeeper. A fee of $25 per
pet, per stay is charged. |
| The
Conwell Inn is a completely
smoke free hotel. Smoking is
permitted only on the front
patio of the hotel. Guests who
smoke in their room will be
subject to a $100
fumigation/cleaning fee and/or a
$150 false alarm fee if the fire
alarms go off. |
